Diploma Advanced Studies in Vedic Astrology, Jyotish

To those who have completed all the Dirah courses (foundation course, advanced course, advanced techniques and advanced knowledge) will be given the Dirah International Diploma Advanced Studies in Vedic Astrology.

This diploma is internationally recognized. The diploma shows that you are aware of the different techniques of the art of Jyotish / Vedic Astrology  and are able to use them wisely and effectively. 

Therefore if you want to use Vedic Astrology / Jyotish in a professional way this diploma contains proof of your skills.  

If you follow all the modules the total fee for the diploma is about $ 1250 (course material sent over the internet).  

The starting point for the Diploma is always module 1, the Course Applied Vedic Astrology. The only exception to this is that students who do not have any knowledge of whatever system of astrology need to do the Primer Course first. Module 5, the Course Astronomy for Astrologers is recommended but not mandatory for the Diploma. If you do not do the Primer or that course the total fee is 8 terms of $ 135 which is $ 1080.

Module 2: Applied Vedic Astrology (Advanced)

Nakshatras, Shadbala (Measuring the Strength of Planets), Tajika Astrology, Ashtakavarga (Measuring the strength of houses and transits), Horary Astrology, Muhurta & Prashna, Varshaphal, Relationship Compatibility, More Varga Charts, Bhava Chart, Chandra Lagna, Analysis of Charts of Other Persons 


Module 3: Advanced Techniques for Jyotish

Jaimini Astrology, Chara Dasha, Systems Approach, Krishnamurti Paddhati, Transits, Tajika and Western Aspects, Outer Planets, Bhrigu & Tertiary Progressions, Eclipses, Astrocartography

 

Module 4: Advanced Knowledge for Jyotish

Rectification, Starting an Astrological Practice, Advanced Stellar Astrology, Yogi & Avayogi, Advanced Relationship Compatibility, Fatal Degrees, Rashi Tulya Navamsha, Horary Chart, More Yogas
 

Module 5: The Astronomical Basis of Astrology

Astrology is the science which studies the relationship between what happens in the sky and what happens on Earth.

It is the duty of an astrologer to know something about the basics of astronomy. After all, what is happening in the sky is the basis of astrology.
